2 AANSOEKE OM BYSTAND

Veterane en dienende Valskermsoldate wat hulself in 'n uiters ernstige finansiële krisis bevind, kan aansoek doen om hulp.
'n Aansoek om bystand, moet per epos gerig word aan al vier bovermelde trustees.
Die aansoek moet volledige besonderhede en inligting bevat in terme van die krisis of nood situasie, waarvoor bystand verlang word. Alle ondersteunende bewyse, fotos, stemopnames en video materiaal, moet die aansoek vergesel.
Bystand aansoeke wat oorweeg word sal aan streng vereistes moet voldoen. Gevalle wat byvoorbeeld oorweeg sal word is: lewensgevaarlike mediese toestande of ernstige beserings of lewens wat bedreig word, tydens aanvalle of ná natuurrampe. Elke geval sal op meriete hanteer word.
Die fonds sal slegs bystand oorweeg aan aansoekers wat geen bronne, ondersteuning en geen bystand van enige aard het nie.

3. FONDS BESKIKBAARSTELLING
a) Alleenlik die trustees sal aansoeke oorweeg en hanteer, rakende bystand uit die fonds.
b) Die trustees sal alle inligting ontvang van aansoekers deeglik ondersoek en evalueer. Die trustees sal derhalwe hulle finale besluit bekendmaak in terme van:

Die aanvaarding van die eis
Die bedrag betaalbaar aan die suksesvolle aansoeker
Wyse van betaling

c) Die besluit van die trustees is finaal en bindend.
d) Die finale uitslag van die aansoek, sal dan op die spesifieke sosiale media platforms gepubliseer word.
e) Die finale uitslag van 'n aansoek, mag ook in uitsonderlike gevalle vertroulik gehou word.

4. NOODGEVALLE

In geval van uiterste noodgevalle, of indien geen ander keuse beskikbaar is nie, kan Mnr Mike Bolhuis direk gekontak word. Hierdie opsie moet egter onder geen omstandighede misbruik word nie.

5. VERSPREIDING

Alle Valskermsoldate, veteraan of dienende lede word aangemoedig en aanbeveel om hierdie projek beskikbaar te stel op alle relevante nasionale en internasionale sosiale media platforms. Dit kan ook gestuur word aan enige belangegroep of organisasie, wêreldwyd. Die publiek word vriendelik uitgenooi om betrokke te raak by hierdie projek deur middel van skenkings en donasies.

2. CLAIMS FOR ASSISTANCE

Veterans and Serving Parabats who are experiencing an extremely urgent or imminent crisis in their life, are eligible for financial assistance from the fund.
A request for funding must be submitted by an applicant in writing via email to all four trustees, mentioned above.
The application must comprehensively contain and explain all facts relating to the imminent crisis. It must further incorporate all supporting evidence in the form of documents, photos, video and audio recordings.
Claims such as: life threatening illnesses or injuries, attacks, natural disasters or extreme property loss or damage, will be considered.
The fund will only assist those that have no resources, assistance or any form of support or opportunities.

3. ALLOCATION OF FUNDS

a) The trustees shall handle and consider all applications for assistance from the fund
b) The trustees will evaluate and scrutinise all information submitted: an in-depth investigation regarding the circumstances of the claim will be done. The trustees will then make a full and final decision at their discression, as to:

The acceptance of the claim
The amount to be paid to the applicant
Manner in which payment will be made

c) The decision of the trustees is final and binding.
d) The final outcome of the decision made by the trustees will then be published on the applicable social media groups.
e) In special circumstances the assisted applicant’s information will be kept confidential.

4. EMERGENCIES

In case of extreme emergencies, or when all else fails, Mike Bolhuis should be contacted directly, but this procedure should not be abused with trivial issues.

5. CIRCULATION

All Veterans and Serving Parabats are encouraged to distribute this project to all known national and international South African Parabat social media groups. This document may also be forwarded to any interested group or social media platform. The public is encouraged to participate and donate, nationally and internationally.
