PROJECT: ONGOING HARASSMENT, THREATS AND UNFOUNDED LEGAL CLAIMS BY KENNETH KOCH

Specialised Security Services (SSS) has compiled this Project regarding
repeated telephone calls and electronic messages allegedly made by Mr. Kenneth Koch, also known as “Kenny”,
to Mr. Mike Bolhuis and specialist investigator, Mr. Jacques Visser.
Mr. Koch has made threats and various claims against both individuals, including that the FBI, CIA
and authorities from five countries support him in taking legal action against SSS for alleged fraud.
He has also claimed that cases have been opened against SSS personnel under the Children’s Act
and that he has communicated with State prosecutors and court officials
regarding warrants for the arrest of Mr. Bolhuis and Mr. Visser.
SSS has not received documentation verifying these claims.
NO KNOWN ASSOCIATION WITH SSS:
SSS has no record of any professional, contractual or investigative relationship with Mr. Koch.
No SSS case file or client record involving Mr. Koch has been identified.
Mr. Bolhuis has no record of previous engagement with Mr. Koch in his capacity as an SSS client.
Despite this, Mr. Koch continues to contact SSS personnel and make allegations concerning criminal and legal proceedings against them.
CLAIMS INVOLVING INTERNATIONAL AUTHORITIES:
Mr. Koch has repeatedly referred to the FBI, CIA, five countries and Donald Trump in his communications.
He claims that these parties support his intended legal action against SSS personnel.
SSS has received no documentation confirming the involvement or support of any of these parties.
These claims, therefore, remain unverified.
POLICE STATION INCIDENTS:
SSS has received information concerning Mr. Koch's alleged conduct at the Lydenburg Police Station and Phalaborwa Police Station.
At the police stations, Mr. Koch claimed that he is the Main Priest at Jesus and Holy Spirit Ministries Radio and Satellite Station.
According to the information received, Mr. Koch was considered to be mentally unstable.
It has been reported to SSS that he was asked to leave or was otherwise removed from the respective police stations following his complaints or allegations that reportedly could not be substantiated.
SSS has further received information, attributed to individuals identifying themselves as members of Lydenburg SAPS and Phalaborwa SAPS, concerning Mr. Koch's conduct, including allegations of aggressive behaviour.
THREATS OF ARREST:
Mr. Koch allegedly continues to state that Mr. Bolhuis and Mr. Visser will be arrested and brought before a court.
He further claims that he has communicated with prosecutors and court officials and that warrants for their arrest have been obtained or are being pursued.
SSS has received no documentation verifying the existence of such warrants.
A claim that an arrest warrant has been issued is a serious matter.
SSS POSITION:
SSS has no known professional or client relationship with Mr. Koch and has no record of previously providing services to him.
The repeated communications nevertheless contain allegations concerning fraud, criminal proceedings, the Children's Act, international law-enforcement agencies, prosecutors, courts and alleged arrest warrants.
SSS will distinguish between verifiable evidence and allegations made by Mr. Koch.
Any claim of criminal proceedings or arrest warrants should be supported by appropriate official documentation.
All relevant WhatsApp messages, telephone records and other communications are being retained as potential evidence.
The purpose of this Project is to document the communications and conduct attributed to Mr. Koch
and to record the allegations made against SSS personnel.
SSS regards repeated threats, harassment and unverified claims of criminal proceedings or arrest warrants as serious matters.
Should the conduct continue, SSS will consider appropriate legal
and law-enforcement measures based on the available evidence.
