Between 9 May and 11 May 2025, a carcass was found on a farm in the Hardap area in southern Namibia.

The rhinoceros had been shot and its horn removed. Her orphaned calf, Elsa, has been left behind.

A reward of N$160,000 is offered for information that leads to the successful arrest,

prosecution and sentencing of the rhinoceros poacher/s.

Anyone with relevant information is encouraged to contact Mr. Mike Bolhuis of Specialised Security Services

or the investigating officers handling the case.

All information shared will remain completely anonymous and protected.
