THE CASE:

A criminal case of fraud was opened against Mr. Gerlu Roos, born 1993/10/19, and investigated as per Belfast CAS 47/11/2024.
Mr. Roos is operating in the Mpumalanga Area, Belfast, Middelburg, Delmas and Mbombela and making illegal purchases at mostly agricultural companies in the name of companies belonging to his family.
Mr. Roos made numerous purchases using the account of Roos Boerdery or B&R Bio Produkte (PTY) LTD without their permission.
Other criminal cases are in the process of being opened against him from 2024 to date.

Please be advised that Mr. Roos is not connected, nor does he have the authorisation to purchase anything

on the account of Roos Boerdery or B&R Bio Produkte (PTY) LTD.

These businesses will not be held responsible for any further purchases made on their account by Mr. Gerlu Roos.

If you have been a victim of Mr. Roos and his fraudulent dealings,

you are requested to contact one of the SSS Specialist Investigators.
