PROJECT: WANTED - NZAMELA ALFRED NCOYINI - FRAUD AND CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MURDER

THIRD ACCUSED REMAINS WANTED WITH A VALID WARRANT OF ARREST:
A criminal case involving fraud and conspiracy to commit murder is currently before the Randburg Regional Criminal Court.
The matter concerns three accused persons and allegations that a wife, together with other accused persons,
made repeated attempts to arrange the killing of the victim.
The seriousness of this matter is increased by the fact that the third accused, Nzamela Alfred Ncoyini,
remains a wanted person and is subject to a valid warrant of arrest.
THE ACCUSED PERSONS:
ACCUSED 1: ANDISWA PEARL MVINJELWA
She was arrested on 3 July 2026.
She is currently out on bail.
ACCUSED 2: GIDELA DUCHESS NDWANDWA
She was arrested on 14 July 2026.
She is also currently out on bail.
ACCUSED 3: NZAMELA ALFRED NCOYINI
Ncoyini remains wanted by the authorities.
A valid warrant of arrest has been issued against him.
The fact that Accused 1 and Accused 2 are out on bail does not mean that the criminal case has been finalised or that the charges have been withdrawn.
Bail allows an accused person to remain outside custody while the criminal proceedings continue, subject to the conditions imposed by the court.
THE CHARGES:
The matter involves charges relating to fraud and conspiracy to commit murder.
According to the case information, the investigation concerns circumstances in which the victim was reportedly targeted on various occasions, with the wife and other accused persons linked to attempts to arrange a contract killing.
A conspiracy to commit murder concerns an agreement or common purpose to cause the death of another person unlawfully.
The prosecution must still present evidence in court and prove the charges in accordance with the required legal standard.
The criminal process is therefore important not only because of the seriousness of the charges, but also because it establishes the evidence, relationships, communications, financial transactions and other circumstances relevant to the case.
THE WANTED THIRD ACCUSED:
The continued whereabouts of Nzamela Alfred Ncoyini are of particular importance to the investigation and court proceedings.
Where a person is subject to a valid warrant of arrest, that warrant remains an enforceable legal instrument until dealt with in accordance with the law.
A wanted accused person should not be confused with a person who has been convicted.
The warrant relates to the person's arrest and appearance before court; guilt or innocence remains a matter for the criminal justice process.
Any person who has reliable information concerning the whereabouts of a wanted person should provide that information to the appropriate law-enforcement authorities rather than attempting to confront or apprehend the person themselves.
THE NEXT COURT APPEARANCE:
The matter is scheduled to return to the Randburg Regional Criminal Court, Court 1, on 30 September 2026.
The proceedings will determine the case's further direction, including the position of the accused persons and the continuation of the criminal process.
SSS emphasises that criminal investigations must be based on evidence, supported by proper investigative procedures, and ultimately tested in court.
Public commentary should not be permitted to replace evidence presented through the criminal justice system.
The protection of the victim is equally important while the criminal proceedings continue.
Any intimidation, threats, interference with witnesses or attempts to obstruct the investigation
should be reported immediately to law enforcement.

Accused 1, Andiswa Pearl Mvinjelwa, and Accused 2, Gidela Duchess Ndwandwa, are currently out on bail,
while Accused 3, Nzamela Alfred Ncoyini, remains wanted under a valid warrant of arrest.
The next appearance is scheduled for 30 September 2026 in Court 1 of the Randburg Regional Criminal Court.
