Specialised Security Services, under the direction of Specialist Investigator Mr. J.D. Pienaar, is issuing a critical public alert regarding Mr. Don Wilfred Leeuw, also known as “Willy Leeuw.”
This follows an intensive investigation into a severe case of manipulation and misrepresentation
that has left a client with a court-confirmed debt exceeding R9.8 million, excluding accruing interest.
Leeuw has been found liable by the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria (Case 4088/2018) for multiple claims of irregularities, breach of contract, and non-payment. Despite a judgment granted on 20 March 2019, he has systematically avoided payment and his current whereabouts are unknown.
We have reason to believe he may be continuing similar schemes under new or existing business guises.
THE CASE: A PATTERN OF DECEPTION
Our investigation, initiated by a client who suffered significant financial harm, reveals a calculated pattern of deceit:
THE BUSINESS FACADE:
Mr. Leeuw operated through Nikigenix (Pty) Ltd (trading as Sorgsaam Boerdery), presenting himself as a legitimate businessman and director.
Official company profiles list his network of over 50 associated companies, primarily in mining, investment, and trading.
THE FINANCIAL ABUSE:
Between 2016 and 2017, Mr. Leeuw incurred massive debts to the client, including unpaid loans, salaries, and the purchase of a vehicle.
He provided written acknowledgements of debt with promises to pay, which were never honoured.
THE COURT JUDGEMENT:
The High Court found Mr. Leeuw liable for six separate claims.
The principal debts, with court-ordered interest, have ballooned.
As of 31 May 2025, the total amount owed stands at a staggering R9 865 296.34
DISAPPEARANCE:
Since the judgment, Mr. Leeuw has become elusive.
Communications have ceased, and he has not complied with the court order.
Our investigative timeline shows repeated efforts to trace him, with Mr. Leeuw having successfully evaded all attempts at location and accountability.

Mr. Don Wilfred Leeuw’s modus operandi involves engaging with individuals or businesses,
incurring debts or obtaining funds under false pretences, and then defaulting.
We appeal to ANY person or entity who has:
Had business, investment, or personal financial dealings with Mr. Don Wilfred “Willy” Leeuw.
Engaged with any of his many listed companies and experienced non-payment, fraud, or suspicious financial transactions.
Any information regarding his current location, assets, or activities.
YOU ARE URGENTLY REQUESTED TO COME FORWARD.
Your information is crucial for locating him, enforcing the court order, and potentially identifying other victims.
