Specialised Security Services was appointed by Ms. Lizelle Martin and Rosa Martin Consulting LLC after several allegations of fraudulent business practices were made by members of the public who made use of the services offered by Ms. Lizelle Martin.
SSS investigated the allegations that were made against Ms. Lizelle Martin at her own request.
At that time, it was found that although Ms. Martin does not appear to intend to defraud the public, her current business model and her lack of professional communication with clients make it seem she intends to commit fraud by not delivering the service for which she was paid.
As a result of the investigation, SSS offered several recommendations to Ms. Martin that would streamline her business model,
rehabilitate her public image and increase the level of professional communication and feedback given to clients.
SSS offered to make the findings of the investigation known in a public project if Ms. Martin guaranteed that she would follow
the protocol set forth by SSS and if she agreed to correct the mistakes she had made with her past clients.
Ms. Martin agreed to the terms and SSS proceeded to publish the project.
Since the publication of the project, more complainants came forward with allegations of fraud against Ms. Martin.
SSS reached out to Ms. Martin to rectify the situation and to uphold her end of the agreement.
Ms. Martin failed to comply, instead Ms. Martin used the project that was published by SSS to prove to the complainants that she was not in the wrong.
SSS was also made aware of the fact that Ms. Martin was using the project published by SSS to convince the public that she is operating a legitimate business, and that all complaints against her were unsubstantiated.
Ms. Martin’s actions made it clear that she had no intention of rehabilitating her business image through honest efforts.
Regardless of her actions, SSS still attempted to contact Ms. Martin to convince her to rectify the situation, but as Ms. Martin was confronted with the facts, she first blamed her partner at Rosa Martin Consulting LLC, and eventually she blamed SSS for her own negligence.
Ms. Martin made it clear that she had no intention of rectifying the situation with the complainants, nor was she planning to fulfil her obligations towards SSS.
This prompted the removal of the first project and further investigation into the business dealings of Ms. Martin.
Several complainants have contacted SSS with complaints about Ms. Martin.
These complaints were mostly that Ms. Martin is receiving money for services that she does not render.
Since Ms. Martin blamed her business partner at Rosa Martin Consulting for leaving her to fend on her own financially, SSS is conducting an intensive investigation into the allegations made by and made against Ms. Martin.
Based on the information on hand, Ms. Martin is not honest and forthcoming about the allegations that were made against her, nor is she forthcoming about the nature of the service that SSS provided to her.
The following media article was published on 6 April 2025, in which Ms. Martin stated that SSS conspired to gather complainants against her. This is false. Ms. Martin stated the same about the complainants when she first approached SSS
