Specialised Security Services have been inundated with complaints from the public about Mr. Deon Styger of GSA Tours and Rest Assured Travel and Tours. Therefore, a thorough investigation was conducted into the business activities of Mr. Deon Styger.

BUSINESS HISTORY:
GSA Tours: 2015-2023
Rest Assured Travel and Tours: 2021-2025
GSA Tours have been deregistered for failure to comply with the annual return filing requirements.
Rest Assured Travel and Tours was placed in final deregistration status for failure to comply with the annual return filing requirements.
COMPLAINTS:
The following complaints were found against Mr. Styger and both businesses during a platform investigation:
Several complainants have appointed Specialised Security Services to conduct this investigation, and evidence such as email correspondence, proof of payment documents, WhatsApp communications, etc., is in possession of Specialised Security Services.
From the evidence on hand, it is evident that Mr. Styger markets a service which he does not render, and upon failure to render the service, he offers to refund those who paid for the service.
But those refunds have not been realised - instead, Mr. Styger stops communicating with the clients, leaving them dismayed and without a solution.
The following amounts were received by Mr. Styger from our clients, and no service or refund was received despite several empty promises by Mr. Styger:
Complainant 1: R50,000.00+
Complainant 2: R13,000.00
Complainant 3: R8,000.00
Complainant 4: R14,000.00
Complainant 5: R8,000.00
Complainant 6: R16,000.00
Complainant 7: R2,000.00
Complainant 8: R20,000.00
Complainant 9: R4,000.00
Complainant 10: R18,000.00
Criminal cases against Mr. Styger have been registered with the South African Police Service, and Specialised Security Services is monitoring and assisting with the investigation of these cases. The following case numbers are on record:
CAS 2/10/2022 (SAPS Naboomspruit)
CAS 358/6/2022 (SAPS Springs)
Specialised Security Services is assisting the other complainants to register criminal cases with the South African Police Service.
MODUS OPERANDI:
Mr. Deon Styger uses different company names to conduct business.
Once a name is tarnished, he moves on to a different name with a clean reputation.
Do not fall victim to these fraudulent activities.
