Do not be misled by Mr. Emile de Witt’s outwardly innocent appearance -
he is reportedly involved in multiple scams and criminal activities.
Specialised Security Services has received numerous complaints from victims,
and we are again issuing a formal public warning:
Avoid ALL dealings with Mr. De Witt.
Our sources have confirmed that several criminal cases have been opened against him,
and further investigations are currently underway.
We urge anyone who may have been approached by - or had dealings with Mr. Emile de Witt -
to exercise extreme caution and to report all suspicious activity to SAPS or Specialised Security Services immediately.

ACCOMPLICES:
In our previous communication regarding Mr. Emile De Witt, we referred to a fraud case in which he and his accomplices are allegedly involved (Brackendowns SAPS Case CAS 144/01/2024).
Mr. De Witt was arrested in connection with this case and was subsequently granted bail at the Palm Ridge Court in Vosloorus.
This decision was made even though the State Prosecutor had been informed that Mr. De Witt was already on bail for other serious Schedule 6 offences.
The case against Mr. De Witt was provisionally removed from the court roll to allow for the arrest of his accomplices.
Once they have been apprehended, a J175 summons will be issued for Mr. De Witt to appear in court, as he cannot legally be re-arrested for the same alleged offence.
We can now confirm that the Palm Ridge Court has issued a warrant of arrest for Mr. De Witt’s accomplices.
