PROJECT: ANTHONIE AND RENSCHE BOUGAS - INVESTIGATION INTO ALLEGED EXTORTION AND BLACKMAIL

Specialised Security Services has received numerous complaints regarding alleged extortion and blackmail by
Mr. Anthonie Bougas and his mother, Mrs. Rensche Bougas.
Evidence in the possession of Specialised Security Services, in the form of voice note messages, appears to capture Mr. Bougas and Mrs. Bougas soliciting money from individuals.
In these messages, they state that if their financial demands are not met, they will create and publish videos on social media with the explicit intention of damaging the victim's reputation.
During one exchange, Mr. Bougas claimed to a victim that the funds were needed to send his mother back to South Africa.
An independent online media article was discovered in which Mr. Bougas publicly appealed for R45,000 for the same stated purpose.
This contradiction aligns with previously documented manipulation tactics, for example, when Mr. Bougas falsely claimed to be in Canada and provided fabricated videos as proof.
In a particularly telling voice message, Mrs. Rensche Bougas tells the victim that while 50% of viewers might side with them, they should fear the other 50%.
She explicitly asks the victim if they are willing to gamble with their reputation.
Mr. Anthonie Bougas reinforces this statement by citing his own experiences with negative media coverage and asking the victim if they wish to endure similar humiliation.
In a separate message, Mr. Bougas directly informs the victim that if his demands are not met, he will take to Facebook to create a video designed to destroy her reputation and career.
He then instructs her to monitor the platform to see his actions.
Shortly after this message was sent, Mr. Bougas published a video on social media announcing his intention to "shine a light on everyone who benefitted" from funds he is accused of obtaining fraudulently.
The timing of this publication - immediately following the threatening conversation - strongly suggests it was an act of intimidation intended to demonstrate his willingness to carry out his threats.
This pattern of behaviour constitutes alleged extortion and blackmail, which are criminal offences.
Both Mr. Anthonie Bougas and Mrs. Rensche Bougas participated in these exchanges,
which indicates a coordinated campaign of intimidation.

PUBLIC ADVISORY:
Specialised Security Services advises the public to be aware of these individuals and not to succumb to blackmail or manipulation by Mr. Anthonie Bougas or Mrs. Rensche Bougas.
DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY:
Criminal cases for intimidation, blackmail, and extortion are being registered against both individuals.
This is a call to action for all other victims to come forward and open their own criminal cases.
If you fear further victimisation, please contact our specialist investigators for assistance in filing the necessary reports.
You should under no circumstances comply with their demands for money or any other form of assistance.
ONGOING INVESTIGATIONS:
The ongoing investigation into Mr. Anthonie Bougas and Mrs. Rencsche Bougas has been expanded to include several individuals identified by Specialised Security Services.
These individuals are alleged to have participated in the concealment and transfer of funds, the origins of which are now a key focus of the investigation.
SPECIALISED SECURITY SERVICES (MR. BOLHUIS) WILL ESCORT THEM BACK TO SOUTH AFRICA:
Mr. Bougas and his mother Mrs. Rensche Bougas, have been begging for money from the public.
They claim the money will be used for their return to South Africa.
Based on past actions, instances of manipulation and blatant lies, their claims cannot be trusted.
Therefore, Mr. Bolhuis is offering the following service to the public: instead of sending money to Mr. and Mrs. Bougas,
donate the money to Specialised Security Services, who will then use the collected funds to escort Mr. and Mrs. Bougas
back to South Africa and have them report to the authorities so that they can take responsibility for their illegal actions.
This will ensure that Mr. and Mrs. Bougas take responsibility for their actions,
and that the collected funds are used towards the execution of justice.
