LATEST DEVELOPMENT:
ICE (USA CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT) PREPARING FOR IMMEDIATE DEPORTATION
Specialised Security Services (SSS) has recently obtained crucial information confirming that U.S. Immigration and
Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to deport the fugitive couple, Mr. Peet Viljoen and Mrs. Mel Viljoen.
The couple’s attempt to evade justice by fleeing to the United States now appears to be rapidly unravelling.
Their documentation used to leave South Africa was allegedly manipulated and fraudulently falsified,
raising serious suspicions of a coordinated escape plan.
It is believed they orchestrated this with the assistance of well-placed contacts —
a reckless move that ultimately sealed their fate. This aspect now forms part of an active and ongoing investigation.
The theft placed them firmly on the radar of investigators, and their arrest on 10 March 2026 in Boca Raton,
Florida, for Organised Retail Theft, triggered swift immigration enforcement action.
During a visit to the couple shortly after their arrest,
ICE officials determined that they were unlawfully present in the United States.
According to ICE officials, the couple is expected to appear before an immigration judge soon.
American authorities have made it clear that they do not intend to continue spending resources on detaining the Viljoen couple, who have been staying in the USA illegally.
SSS can confirm that the Viljoen couple will likely be back on South African soil imminently —
with or without criminal prosecution in the United States.
BACKGROUND: A PATTERN OF ORGANISED CRIME
Since May 2025, Specialised Security Services has published multiple projects detailing the Viljoens' extensive criminal history in South Africa, including:
Racketeering (selling non-existent Tammy Taylor franchises).
Fraud and Theft (stealing stock valued at over R70 million).
Intimidation and Extortion (using threats to prevent victims from opening cases).
Hate Speech (Mr. Viljoen's racist public statements, including "I don't speak baboon anymore").
The couple fled South Africa in July 2025 after selling their assets and lying about their intentions.
They attempted to fabricate a narrative of persecution to seek asylum in the US.
However, their arrest for stealing over $5,300 worth of luxury goods (including Prosecco and San Pellegrino water) from a Florida Publix supermarket exposed their true nature: they are not refugees — they are predators.
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) of South Africa has already confirmed active criminal cases and many other pending cases against the Viljoens, those investigations remain ongoing.
URGENT WARNING FROM MR. MIKE BOLHUIS

hereby issues the following urgent warning to the South African public:
The Viljoen couple will soon be back in South Africa. Once they are deported, they will be free to continue their crime spree unless all past victims who have been knocked and scammed act now and register criminal cases.
Take note that the Viljoen couple is still trying to influence people to assist them with money -
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY OR ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER.
Past victims of the Viljoen couple are urged to contact Specialised Security Services immediately and ensure that all criminal cases are reported and centralised. The purpose is to ensure swift action by law enforcement upon their return.
If this is not done, the Viljoen couple will remain free to continue where they left off,
and the likelihood of more victims will be definite.
The responsibility lies with the South African victims who have been victimised by the Viljoen couple —
to act and to ensure that they provide their full cooperation with law enforcement.

Any victim who feels intimidated or afraid can contact Specialised Security Services for protection;

YOU MUST TAKE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
Contact Specialised Security Services immediately using the details below.
Register a criminal case at your nearest police station (SSS can assist with the process).
Provide all evidence (contracts, bank statements, messages, sworn statements) to SSS so that cases can be centralised and presented to the NPA.
Ensure that you obtain a copy of the case file and ensure that you have certified copies of all documentation in the event of loss or corruption.
SSS will assist you step-by-step with the above.
DO NOT WAIT until the Viljoens are back in South Africa.
Once they are deported, they will be free to move around, intimidate witnesses, and potentially target new victims.
The time to act is NOW.
The impending deportation of Peet and Mel Viljoen proves that no one can outrun the law.
Their attempt to hide behind a false asylum claim in the US has failed.
Their arrest for organised retail theft in Florida has sealed their fate.
Now, the focus must shift to ensuring that when they land in South Africa, they are met not with freedom, but with justice.
The persistence and dedication of the SSS Task Teams has led to the complete and total exposure
of the criminal activities of the Viljoen Couple.
The SSS Task Teams will not rest until the collaborative efforts of SSS, the USA authorities and the South African Police Service sees to it that justice is done and the Viljoen couple is prosecuted for their crimes in South Africa.
